BY USING SOLELY4WOMEN, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE JUST AS IF YOU HAD SIGNED AN AGREEMENT WITH SOLELY4WOMEN. Solely4Women is provided as is and can be altered/changed at any time without notice. Also these terms, conditions, policies and guidelines can be altered or changed at anytime with/without notice globally on the site. All information in the form of reviews/comment and submissions are first reviewed to make sure there appropriate and meet the standards of Solely4Women. Site listing submissions and reviews/comments can take up to 72 hours for them to be accepted.

Statement of Payments for Listings

All payments are done through a secure paypal transaction. You are not charged a paypal transaction fee and information dealing with this is kept secure. All paypal transactions are recurring until cancelled by the user at a non-recurring subscription. The bill will show up on your Paypal/Credit Card/Debit Card as SOLELY 4.

Guide Lines for Site Submission

All web sites submitted to the Solely4Women directory must meet the following minimum criteria:

The site must be up and running 24/7;

The site must clearly define its purpose, products, and/or services;

All links on the site must work;

The site must be in the English language or have English as a option;

The site must not contain any content, products, services or other information that may be illegal to sell under any applicable law, that may infringe or violate anyone's rights, or that, Solely4Women believes, in its sole discretion, is offensive.

BY COMPLETING THE SERVICE REGISTRATION FORM AND CLICKING THE "SUBMIT" BUTTON, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, THAT YOU AGREE TO PROVIDE TRUE, ACCURATE, CURRENT AND COMPLETE INFORMATION, AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. SOLELY4WOMEN AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, FOR ANY LOSS OF BUSINESS, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, LOSS OF USE OR DATA, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER, EVEN IF SOLELY4WOMEN IS AWARE OF THE RISK OF SUCH DAMAGES, THAT RESULT IN ANY WAY FROM APPLICANT'S USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SERVICE, SOLELY4WOMEN'S ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION OF A SUGGESTED SITE, OR SOLELY4WOMEN'S CONTINUED LISTING OF A SITE IN THE DIRECTORY. SOLELY4WOMEN'S LIABILITY TO APPLICANT SHALL NOT, FOR ANY REASON, EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY APPLICANT TO SOLELY4WOMEN UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

Privacy Policy

We here at Solely4Women understand the importance of privacy, security of information and overall comfort of visiting a site. The following information is collected while on the site and/or submitting a listing: IP Address, Name, Email Address, internet browser cookies and Paypal account name. This information is only used to process the payment, email notices/newsletters and site addition/processing. At no point will any information be sold to a third party or transferred with knowledge of it. We also understand that from time to time people under the age of 13 may approach the site and submit information such as reviews/comments etc... all this is reviewed and if seen to have personal information will be deleted and not accepted.
